Equipment Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of all company equipment including small equipment, trucks, earth equipment, paving equipment, and batch plants. The supervisor is also responsible for managing mechanics in the field and shops. Effectively mentor, motivate, and discipline employees to maintain a positive working relationship within the department. Participate in a positive working relationship with other department within the company.
